Re-working this article to bring it out of Stub status

While looking at the CA WP, I noticed this article and decided to re-work it to bring it out of Stub status. I intend to use the more common citation method that is verifiable via web resources. Temporarily, I am moving the two references here which ultimately become a Sources section for this article.
