I updated the population to reflect the most current (2010) census data, however, the demographic data has not been made fully available, so the demographic section of the article has 2000 data for now.

I also revised the lede, and removed "DeBary is a residential and retirement community." This statement is unsourced, and besides: aren't most cities residential? Also, as far as I know, DeBary has not been distinguished as a retirement community by any notable authority. MrX 01:13, 24 August 2011 (UTC) reply
