... that the first English known by National Football League prospect Bayron Matos was "I'm hungry"? Source:
USF (Matos speaks with swaggering confidence. It's a little different than his first few weeks in America. Upon arrival, he didn't know English and tried a few phrases through Google translator. The only thing he knew how to say was, "I'm hungry.")
Comment: Realized I'm two days late with this; requesting an extension per
Wikipedia:Did you know/Guidelines. May want to wait until the draft (April 25-27) before promoting to see if he actually makes it to the league.
Somehow this is the oldest unreviewed nomination, so I'll take it. This is long enough, new enough. Hook short enough, interesting, and cited to
South Florida Bulls' website. No maintenance templates found and no copyright complaints or neutrality concerns. You need two QPQs for this (and judging by
T:TDYK, quite a few others); if you're genuinely struggling that badly, there's a pile at
Wikipedia talk:Did you know#Spare reviews for donating, and I suggest that you help yourself.--Launchballer 14:40, 15 April 2024 (UTC)reply

Launchballer: QPQs done. (Kind of feel like I should be doing the QPQs myself, that's why I haven't taken any of those...)
