Apollo "Legal Information Site"

Dr. Correction: It was kind of acceptable to add the Apollo "legal information site" to the UofP site as a reference to the sentences describing the false claims action and the DOE action against UofP since we had placed links to the DOE's program review and the Settlement Agreement between the DOE and UofP. On the Apollo site it strikes me as just propaganda with its UofP spin on the lawsuit.
