All other arrondissements have been moved to the style 1st arrondissement of Paris as per this discussion. This is the only one that cannot be moved, and is being held up being moved as there is history at the page we want to move this one to. -- Bob ( talk) 23:56, 17 September 2008 (UTC) reply

Economy
