I am a well known photographer from Germany and the image in question (composing of a tree in the 4 seasons) is worldwide known from calendars, books, covers, cds, postcards. The photo was created about 10 yrs ago and this image will write history in photography in one way or the other. the tree in the image does not exist any longer as it was strucked by lightning and it was and is an 800 yrs old protected tree in Bavaria.
