I just started an article for the
Zeiss ZX1, it the first camera article I've written (I've written a few 100 other ones) so I may have made some mistakes in the formatting etc. Its a really interesting camera, one of only a few which use Android as anoperating system and the only one with inbuilt Adobe Lightroom, also eye wateringly expensive and seemingly a bit of a flop.
Anyway any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
Did a bit of shuffling words around and added a "Reception" section. I bet they knew it wasn't going to be a great product before they got halfway through making it - that screen is just way too small for Lightroom. And the only reason Lightroom was "built in" rather than "preinstalled" was that they nerfed Android really hard -
"to use Lightroom Mobile, the ZX1 runs Android, but in a highly restricted way. There’s no access to Google services to download and run your favourite imaging apps, so you can’t use Snapseed for editing, for example. Social media support is limited to Instagram and Facebook, and logging onto your accounts isn’t done through apps, but via web browser pages. These have a habit of offering options, such as ‘Get Instagram App’, that the camera doesn’t support. You’re often also asked to log in to accounts multiple times during setup, first by the camera and then by Lightroom Mobile, which is rather disconcerting."
Significant improvements have been made to the
Michael Yamashita page. Would someone be kind enough to evaluate it for a rating within the scope of this project? Thank you.
Does not meet more than its currently-rated Start-class. -

Thank you for reviewing and for making the page more accurate, I saw your edits.
I have a question- the intro to his bio simply states he is a Japanese-American photographer. Would it make sense to add context to this part of the bio, for example “best known for his work at National Geographic”
Trying to remain neutral and factual but also add needed context so that part of the page isn’t as sparse.

@
Cryptohydrate: If that's what he's best known for then do that, but I suggest you instead summarise what he is known for doing for National Geographic. Also add his year of birth—I would have done so, but couldn't read the source for YOB, so didn't know if it was properly sourced. -

The
Canon EOS R page was previously rated as "Low importance" under the "Photography" project.
Since the article has been granted "Good Article" status, the importance level has vanished. Should I just edit the page and change importance= back to importance=Low or does the "Good Article" status affect the importance in some way?
