State nav
For the state nav box at the bottom of the article, do we really need two links that link to California? Can't we link the previous state to California and the next state to Oregon? ^_^AL2TB^_^ 00:13, 1 February 2008 (UTC)reply
Since it doesn't go from Nevada to Oregon, Oregon is incorrect. --

See my comment on
talk:U.S. Route 395 in California. There is precedence on how to handle this and I link to 2 articles about Politicians who have served in the same office at 2 different times. IMO this doesn't have to be that hard. I think its at least worth considering

Okay, I understand, but what does IMO stand for? ^_^AL2TB^_^ 01:19, 1 February 2008 (UTC)reply
Sorry, IMO = In My Opinion. In reference to what I said on the California article NE was a reference to
User:NE2, sorry I bungled the name, I was in a hurry when I typed that.

Field mileposts
Since Nevada DOT doesn't post complete milepost logs, here are some mileposts observed in the field in/near Carson City. (* = MPs adjusted to new/proposed bypass mileage that does not currently correspond with the milepost book.)
It's certainly on my "to do" list--but this is not near the top, and it's a long list. My current focus has been in other areas, though... -- LJ↗ 17:10, 29 September 2011 (UTC)reply
History section
An anon contributed a detailed and convoluted History section. I haven't checked any of this unsourced stuff for accuracy, but I did format it, add capital letters and periods at what I took to be ends of sentences, and such, so at least it sort of reads like English. Needs work.

It's been reverted as duplicative. There might have been some useful things in there, if sources could be found.

Thanks for your efforts, but I reverted the whole addition by the IP. It was a mess. Much of it was duplicative with
Interstate 580 (Nevada), or irrelevant to this article, or speculation; and it wasn't comprehensive for the whole route. -- LJ↗ 15:15, 27 October 2018 (UTC)reply
