Copyvio?

There's a lot of what appears to be WP:Copyvio pasted from the Invisible Things website, and Distrowatch. Not sure which came first, but both are copyrighted. Altered Walter ( talk) 12:29, 7 January 2013 (UTC) reply

Of the 10 references cited 7 are from either the developer's blog or Qubes official web page.

Its my perspective that this is a notable OS an warrants an article in WP, but it does need better references than currently offered -- SimonBramfitt ( talk) 04:36, 21 January 2013 (UTC) reply

I don't have privileges to upload an image to wikipedia, please update the logo from the website:

Hi @ CreakCask:. Maybe it's my color-blindness, but I can't tell the different between the linked logo and the one in the article. -- Michael Reed ( talk) 23:55, 17 June 2016 (UTC) reply

Nonsensical sentence

As of [1], there's a sentence that says:

Qubes targets the desktop market. This market is dominated by laptops ...

Hello 51Oq,
That was posted by Joanna Rutkowska on the Qubes OS mailing list back in 2010 (might have been the case at the time). I think it could be specified in the article. I plan to do some work on this article at some point in the future (perhaps including a history) but right now I am focused on other things. Update screenshot

Can we please get an updated screenshot of Qubes running Xfce? I know it is hard to take a screenshot and get it out of dom0 -- but that is a very ugly shot of Xfce. We need a screenshot of more of the default desktop look, where the text is not blown up massively as well a smaller bar at the top and not a ridiculous amount of desktop icons. Moreover, it would look nice if the screenshot had a few windows open from a few different qubes and the mouse hovering over the xfce drop down menu to show all the available qubes as well as the mouse clicking on a single qube on the menu to show all the available applications from a qube. Hello DreamlessGlare,
I have uploaded a new screenshot which you can find here:
Qubes OS 4.1.0 running Whonix, VeraCrypt and Nautilus.
I didn't customize Xfce much, only applied a dark theme, increased the size of some elements and changed the panel a bit.
I can happily do another one which shows the drop down menu, but I'd rather make a clean installation with the proposed configuration for a cleaner look and to avoid posting my complete configuration. Let me know what you think.
It is my very first upload to Wikimedia Commons, feedback is very welcome.

Linux distro or Xen distro?

Qubes OS's FAQ states that it it not a "Linux distro" but more of a "Xen distro", should this be fixed in the article?
