True or false: it is a good idea to make all articles that have to do with the country in Asia called Georgia have the phrase "Georgia (country)" in the article. 66.32.153.114 00:36, 21 Apr 2004 (UTC)
old version
My issues with it:
In regard to #1, ethnic Georgians were not the only IDP's originating from Abkhazia, the 300,000 figure includes all ethnic groups (Greeks, Armenians, Russians, and yes, ethnic Abkhazians as well) albeit in smaller numbers than their Georgian counterparts. In addition to this, children born to IDP parents are considered IDP's as well. Considering these two factors 300,000 could realistically be a rounding down of the total Abkhazian IDP figures.
On November 8, 2007 a user with a suspicious editing history changed this article, including inserting the claim that Georgia's state of emergency lasted for 15 days. I am no expert but because of the disruptive nature of virtually all of this user's previous work, I am returning to the prior language. If I am wrong, please change it back with a good source.
I should clarify that the original edit was in the article for Georgia (country), but that was taken out and put into Politics of Georgia (country) a few days later. —— Rich jj ( talk) 19:45, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

I'm concerned with some of the mass changes recently implemented by Cutoc. The volume and pace of the editing makes it hard to evaluate the work, but I picked a few spots at random and all were potentially problematic. This edit blanked the democratic backsliding section, with the edit summary pointing to one opinion piece from the Middle East Institute think tank. We might add the source, but it doesn't justify blanking. This edit introduced a BLP violation as well as unsourced content. If any other editors object to these changes or find other issues, we may need to restore a prior version while issues are worked out. Cutoc, thanks for your work improving the article, I know that doing a major overhaul is hard.
I have some concerns about this edit which removed information about the successes of Saakashvili's government in fighting corruption and economic development. Could you explain your reasoning or restore it? Alaexis ¿question? 08:43, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
