PS I have completed the page moves, and I think hat all the backlinks are OK. However, I am a bit tired, so I am not sure if I got it right. And I haven't touched the hatnotes.
Pinging the nominator @
RioHondo: please would you be kind enough to check the backlinks and hatnotes? Thanks. --

– The Philippine monument is the
WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for the term "Bonifacio Monument." The smaller monument in
Bonifacio, Corse-du-Sud is more commonly referred to as the Monument of the Foreign Legion or Monument de la Légion Étrangère.

@
RioHondo: your
WP:FORK of the French monument footnote from the main Philippine article would have been better by copying and deleting the French footnote rather than copy-pasting the main body of the Philippines monument article. I'm not sure if it creates a page history issue which a closer may have to fix.
Yes, i realize that now. Appreciate if the closer also switches their talk pages. I was rushing to take the Philippine article out of the page because one user keeps inserting the French monument in it. Decided i would take it to RM instead of booting the french monument out to avoid conflict.--
