The government section of the "Outline of Pakistan" needs to be checked, corrected, and completed -- especially the subsections for the government branches.
When the country outlines were created, temporary data (that matched most of the countries but not all) was used to speed up the process. Those countries for which the temporary data does not match must be replaced with the correct information.
Please check that this country's outline is not in error.

Thank you.
In the last part of the article I noticed something odd that could be vandalism:
"On August 7, 2008, the Pakistan Peoples Party and the Pakistan Muslim League (N) agreed to force Musharraf to step down and begin his impeachment. Asif Ali Zardari, Rehman Malik, Altaf Hussain(Murderer of Innocent People) and Nawaz Sharif announced..."
The bracket isn't spaced correctly so it doesn't fit with the rest of the article, not to mention the content. If no-one objects I'll remove it today. FireLyte--spyre ( talk) 14:18, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
Could a history section be added here? I'm trying to find information on the transition from a central government for Pakistan and Bangladesh to two governments. ~~ Andrew Keenan Richardson~~ 02:38, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
I believe the Dictatorship of Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq should be mentioned. It occurred between these dates (1977-1988). It is an important historical note regarding the Pakistani Government's migration.
There is a proposal since Feb 2013 to merge the List_of_Federal_Government_Ministries_of_Pakistan into this article. I don't think this is needed - it is useful to have as a separate list, and would allow expansion and more detail (for example, the list article could show the current minister, etc) -- Obi-Wan Kenobi ( talk) 15:42, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

The article offers the Urdu translation for the Government of Pakistan, Urdu: حکومتِ پاکستان. I believe the standard is to provide a transliteration of this for readers who cannot read Urdu. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.197.91.136 ( talk) 03:39, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
