In section 4.2, under the header "epigenetics", please consider the following edits: Please replace the following "Later epigenetic alterations' role was identified.[92]", with "Later a role for epigenetic alterations giving rise to chromatin variants [1] was identified.[92]" Thank you for considering. Along with a generic tag at the top, I included four citation needed tags. I advise medical regulars to combine the numerous brief paragraphs, add inline citations, and improve the "other animals" section.
