The link to ref #3 is dead, so I'm curious about what is meant by "all four cacusus"? I'm an ignorant Canadian, but I was pretty sure you guys were pretty bipartisan down there - do the Greens and Libertarians have representation, or something? Anyway, the article right now seems pretty exclusively focussed on Democratic wrongdoing (as do the sources), so I'm wondering if some more details are available about the behaviour of the other three (?) caucuses. Dont know how much all this will help, but this is still very much in a developing stage. Normally grand jury proceedings are secret, so much of this information is based on documents leaked to the media.
