I found a PDF document in the old NOAA library (MWR, though still explicitly linked as NOAA Archives) involving the subject matter. It contains info on all storms (including pictures). A similar PDF exists for 1968. My question is should we:
(PS. If an article for 1969 is allowed by either options A or B, can I adopt the article for the portal if the option still exists?)

Do we have any source that their were two lists of names in the early 60s? - I have been contacted by a very reliable contact who thinks that 4 sets of names were originally drafted in 1960 to cover the EPAC, instead of just 2.
