ProTip: Never use a word like "recently" in a Wikipedia article, idiots. This was five years ago.current

Don McNeill's Breakfast Club
→top: Strictly speaking, "surpassing" implies that the person doing the surpassing broke a record that was already established. But McNeil's record was established decades before Carson and Barker completed their tenures, so while they COULD have surpassed McNeil, McNeil could not surpass them.

O Captain! My Captain!
→In popular culture: Who is "Cohen"? Yes, his first name is mentioned earlier in the article, but it it entirely plausible that someone could come to this section FIRST, and have no idea who he is, thus this is necessarycurrent

Seiji Ozawa
→International success: I'm fairly sure the verb tense here is incorrect. Unless someone else has done this, the present tense is still correct, even though Ozawa has passed away. If someone else HAS done this, then that should be noted.

Ocean Pond
The standard definition for a pond states that its area is 5 hectares or less. Ocean Pond has an area of nearly 8000 hectares. It is, despite its name, a lake, not a pond.current

Nick Saban
→top: Switching the order of two sentences in a manner that does not insult the reader. Previously this paragraph started by listing each of his championships, which readers above the age of 6 recognized was seven in total. Then the next sentence was "He won seven championships", which was poor writing because it was obvious. Another benefit of this new order is that it places the most impressive feat (winning 7) at the beginning of the paragraph, as good expository writing demands.

Candy
→Association to Halloween: What a bizarre statement (before this edit). What the heck are doorbells for, if not for ringing by people who do not live there? What makes Halloween unique is not being the ringing of a neighbor's doorbell (that is okay almost anytime), nor even that it is the ringing of a stranger's doorbell (during the day this is usually acceptable) but that it can be done after hours by ANYone, even if they do not know the persons living in that home.

Parliament of India
These may be called "full powers", but of course, as the next sentence makes clear, that is true in name only. This edit makes the first phrase seem less nonsensical.

→top: Very few people outside of the publishing world have heard of this term, let alone understand it. A stub would be most useful.

Do you not understand the purpose of redlinks? While they should not be created willy-nilly, there *is* an appropriate time for this, and not finding a Wikipedia article does not in any way reflect on the creation of a redlink (which, seriously, OF COURSE there is not article . . .yet)Tag: Undo
