Soltanabad ( Persian: سلطان آباد رخ), also known as Soltanabad-e Rokh ( Persian: سلطان آباد رخ, also Romanized as Solţānābād-e Rokh) [3] is a village in Bala Rokh Rural District of Jolgeh Rokh District, Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,763 in 416 households. [4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,973 people in 575 households. [5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,078 people in 662 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
