Sarhang ( Persian: سرهنگ) [3] is a village in, and the capital of, Bala Rokh Rural District [4] of Jolgeh Rokh District, Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 684 in 182 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 851 people in 203 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 807 people in 252 households. [2]
