Mexican filmmaker Luis Urquiza Mondragon accepts The Grand Prix des Amériques award for his film Obediencia Perfecta (The Perfect Obedience) at the Festival des films du monde in Montreal on Monday. The film also won a Public Prize for Best Latin American film.
