Karvandar Rural District ( Persian: دهستان كارواندر) [3] is in the Central District of Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. [4] Its capital is the village of Karvandar. [5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,028 in 1,287 households. [6] There were 6,324 inhabitants in 1,499 households at the following census of 2011. [7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,153 in 2,076 households. The largest of its 127 villages was Kahn-e Nuk, with 457 people. [2]
