English: This is the single highly vaulted room that forms the whole interior of L.A. City Hall's 27th floor. This rarely photographed space is distinguished by the interior sides of the thick oblong columns that make up the most recognizable feature of the building's central tower. Here, the room was being prepared for a celebration in honor of a retiring longtime City employee.
