At the 2006 National Census, its population was 703 in 157 households, when it was in the
Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 736 people in 186 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 602 people in 164 households.[2]
In March 2022, Mirbag-e Jonubi Rural District and
Mirbag-e Shomali Rural District were separated from the
Central District in the establishment of Mirbag District, which was divided into two rural districts.[7]
