The center article is key and the most important, with debates (before) and results (after).

WikiProject Politics whenever there is a significant discussion that may affect more than one of the pages.--

Unfortunately, it went into the body of the list (which is only for the list of state articles) and not at the top (for everything else). I guess I should examine how those at the top are forced to the top.

Fixed it myself (forcing to the top) by editing and examining others at the top. ANS: use " |*keyword " at the end, and it moves up.
