The 1984 United States Senate election in Nebraska was held on November 6, 1984. Incumbent Democratic U.S. Senator
J. James Exon narrowly won re-election to a second term. This was despite Republican president
Ronald Reagan carrying the state with more than 70% of the vote in the
concurrent presidential election.
