I'm sorry, but there is no harm in making such a large change, as per the
bold, revert, discuss cycle. I outlined my reasons here on the talk page, and linked here in my edit summary in order to facilitate discussions. Now that we've completed bold and revert, would you kindly discuss your reasons for the revert? Again, I removed the member nations sections as they are simply lists, and can be summed up in the article I mentioned above. –

Seeing as there is no reply, I will again try the
WP:BRD cycle. If you truly are against it, please discuss it here. –

There is no agreement of other users and the edit of you who did a great removal by the arbitrary decision is not the accepted one. You must suggest
Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Ice Hockey.--

Your edit is if man inspect two or more national team article, waste more times.--

I concur with the removal, and have removed it again. There's already a link to the list of member associations article. That's enough for most IIHF related articles; it overwhelms everything else. A separate navbox including just the members may be appropriate for linking the individual member association articles, but a link to the list is probably sufficient.

I agree with the change as well, general consensus at the hockey project has always been less links in a navbox equals better. I think this follows that. -

I also agree with the removal, it was becoming to large and was incomplete (it was missing the inline teams). A seperate template for each group may work (eg Mens, Mens U20, Womens, etc).

The inclusion of all the men's and women's senior and junior teams is and always was excessive and unnecessary. I agree with Salavat that separate nav templates for each category would be more appropriate. I made a nav temp that links to member associations back in March,
Template:IIHF member associations. It's already transcluded on each association's respective page.
