Kandal Stueng ( Khmer: កណ្តាលស្ទឹង [kɑnɗaːl stɨŋ]) is a district ( srok) of Kandal Province, Cambodia. The district is subdivided into 23 communes ( khums) and 154 villages (phums). [2]
