William Ulric Handal Raudales (born in 1945 [1]) is Vice President of Honduras during the administration of Carlos Roberto Flores from 1998 to 2002. [2] He was the first vice president aka first presidential designate. [3] He is from the Liberal Party.

Handal is an engineer by profession. [4] He is of Palestinian origin. [5]
