William Henry Frey is an American demographer and author known for such books as Diversity Explosion. [1]

Frey graduated with B.S. from Ursinus College in 1969 and a Ph.D. in sociology from Brown University in 1974 and is a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. [2]
