Inactive talk page over at List of Pokémon anime characters, so I'm putting it here as well. (Please respond at the source page, linked directly below)
Hello, as this article is over 50,000 words long, I think it would be reasonable that it is split into multiple articles. Here are some ideas:
Split by name: Split into articles titled List of Pokémon anime characters (A-M), List of Pokémon anime characters (N-Z), etc. Pros of this method are simplicity, though it may become harder to navigate, as related characters are no longer grouped together.
Split by introduction: This would include the article being split into several articles titled List of Pokémon anime characters (seasons 1-3), List of Pokémon anime characters (seasons 4-6), etc. Pros of this are sorting characters by when they were introduced, and thus were likely the most notable, though cons could be that many of the most notable characters are from season one, and related groups are not together.
Split into categories: This would be splitting into articles like List of Pokémon anime antagonists, List of gym leaders in the Pokémon anime, etc. Pros are that related characters are all together, though cons are that characters may need to neatly fit into one category. However, this is my preference.
Please do tell me your thoughts.

I've done some searches for reviews of the film, and haven't found many. It's talked about a lot in more recent bloggy anime web sources but I'm searching for more print reviews from the 80's and 90's. So far I found a 1995 gaming magazine review, and a 1998 review in GameFan. I would have assumed there'd be some import reviews, or reviews for the VHS in the 90's. The Lerche (studio) page can be deleted since its contents have already been merged with Studio Hibari, but I'm not really sure what to do since it recommends not re-nominating for deletion--could someone help out? Thanks. Sarcataclysmal ( talk) 22:59, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
I've noticed that some editors have been using BookWalker tags to support the demographic parameter of Template:Infobox animanga in various articles. It's not my intention for now to discuss whether or not these tags are enough for this, but it should be noted that the site includes ambiguous tags like Dansei-muke (男性向け, 'Aimed at males') and Josei-muke (女性向け, 'Aimed at females'), which don't seem enough to distinguish whether a series belongs to the usual shōnen, seinen, shōjo or josei manga categories (BookWalker has tags for these specific categories). On that note, I'm not sure if 'male' or 'female' are actual demographic categories of manga that can be included in the parameter (referring to this edit). Anyway, if the site only uses the "aimed at males" tag, it doesn't seem appropriate to me that we should assume that this equates to "seinen manga", given that the tag is also used for series that include the "shōnen manga" tag.
Going a little off-topic, I noticed that the site uses the "josei manga" tag for Black Butler. [1] Sometime ago I added a source in the Gangan Comics article to support that Monthly GFantasy is a shōnen manga magazine, but the truth is that I couldn't find sources in Japanese to support this, so I'm taking the opportunity to ask if anyone has evidence from reliable Japanese sources to support that the magazine is actually aimed at teenage boys. Hello everyone, do you have any idea how to fix this info box? For some reason it says Season 86 and below it, it has the Season chronology section. This is a single season anime series. I don't know how to fix this issue. Parham.es ( talk) 13:34, 7 April 2024 (UTC)
Presently there is a discussion here about whether Kino, the protagonist in Kino's Journey, should be included on the page listing non-binary characters (including all those which fall under the non-binary umbrella). I've responded to the original post, which asked in part, "Can someone familiar with this character please clear up the confusion? How is Kino's gender identity best described?", and challenged Kino's inclusion on the page, among other comments. However, your views would also be useful in this discussion, considering that Kino was once mentioned in this very forum back in 2017. Thanks!-- Historyday01 ( talk) 20:41, 9 April 2024 (UTC)

Angels in Neon Genesis Evangelion has been nominated for a good article reassessment. If you are interested in the discussion, please participate by adding your comments to the reassessment page. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, the good article status may be removed from the article. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 ( talk) 13:14, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
Hey there! I'm the nominator of this candidate, and it could use some attention from editors more familiar with the topic areas of anime and film, at the suggestion of a couple of the reviewers. I have addressed certain concerns about the comprehensiveness of the article (criterion 1b of the FACR), but some doubts remain about whether it covers all aspects of the subject and includes all notable sources. This is also the first Studio Ghibli–related article to be brought to FAC, so I would appreciate any comments you have! For anyone interested in conducting a source review, I have copies of almost all the offline sources and can email them to you on request. Thanks! — TechnoSquirrel69 ( sigh) 19:13, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
