This project is ongoing.
These 38 image restorations (not counting some minor work) were created as part of
Adam Cuerden 's Verdi Image Project restoration drive in mid-2015 to early 2016, in honour of long-standing project member
Viva-Verdi , who died earlier that year. They are on a subpage because it was slowing down the loading of the talk page.
Not every restoration is Verdi, of course, but
Viva-Verdi never limited himself to Verdi either.

Better than nothing
Images that have problems, but are still better than what we had. Sometimes, there just isn't any decent source material.
Non-restorations
Images that are probably able to make featured picture status, but which needed little or no work on my part.
By Verdi opera
Operas in red have no known image at present, operas in bold have only a low-res image or unaltered image. Goal is at least 2/3rds of the operas with at least some sort of image.
