Changing the member's list
MartinZ, what criteria are you using for shifting all the members around? Some of them I've checked have edited Wikipedia in the last few months.

One edit per month. —

That seems like an awfully short timeframe. Is there consensus for this?

MartinZ, is this a unilateral decision to reorganize this WikiProject member list? Either way, basing division of a WikiProject members list on criteria used for activity on en.Wikipedia seems inappropriate. Please consider self-reverting until there is a consensus—as far as I know, there has been no discussion.

Just to clarify, there hasn't been any discussion regarding this, so it was a unilateral decision, but the WikiProject members list had already been divided based on activity level before I came. —

If you want to make members as inactive, perhaps you should do it if they have not edited an Astronomy project page in the last month. That would shift even more users at the expense of much more work for you.
