With the end of the orginal purpose of this project (checking unreferenced articles without tags) I propose a merge of this project to Wikipedia:Unreferenced articles or Wikipedia:WikiProject Fact and Reference Check. These are both long extablished reference improvement projects that focus on adding references to article that are tagged with {{ unreferenced}} and {{ Refimprove}} respectively.
