Hi Maxim, Per the precedent set in the 2014 ACE RfC private alt-account disclosure is allowed, however it must be certified by a current arbitrator. You mentioned you have a few others in my user creation log. Your log shows you have created ~42 other accounts and that only some are yours. You certainly do not need to publicly declare these accounts so long as you have privately declared all of them ArbCom.
