Most of Wikipedia's productive editors are reasonable and collaborative, and most of the time editors who act unreasonably and uncollaboratively are also unproductive. Occasionally the site encounters the merit dilemma: individuals who make productive contributions yet also generate persistent disruption. As a whole, Wikipedia has not been very good at dealing with that.
