There are only three unique entries here. It would be easier and also mean that these entries are placed adjacent to other diseases affecting the thymus and spleen for the templates to be merged

I propose that this super template is converted to a list, List of endocrine diseases, and split up into a wide variety of child templates based mainly on the second order titles (eg {{ Disease of the pancreas and glucose metabolism}}, {{ Parathyroid disease}}, etc.)
This template is massive and because of this provides very little useful navigational value. Additionally, so much content is completely unrelated - eg linking parathyroid disease and complications of type two diabetes; or goitre and postorgasmic illness syndrome in the same template is pointless and confusing.
I think it would be better for readers to have a set of templates smaller in scope, and it will also make it easier for new editors to keep the navbox up-to-date. Lastly, I note that two editors have already made similar concerns on the talk page (about length and readability). One other editor disagreed with this. All three editors appear to be inactive.
