I was recently tipped off on my talk page to this IP that insists that the CTV Television Network article's list of "second" television stations in Canadian cities licensed in 1961 needs to be entirely identical to the list of original CTV stations despite the context making it clear the two lists diverge in Edmonton. This is a longstanding insistence of Mikedonald711 and at least one prior IP sock (which was the last report in the archive, as it happens).
