Both accounts were created in January, and are practically new with less than 25 edits each. Both coincidentally created articles in French that need translation in the span of an hour. • I'm not entirely sure checkuser is needed here. There's no overlap in articles, and MARIC289 notes that they meant to publish the article on fr.wiki.
