Suspected sockpuppets

Falsifying chart peak positions of works by Mariah Carey, in the various articles about her albums. (Articles for both albums and songs have been affected, but I didn't see any edits to the songs articles by Gusta67239G.) Puppeteer has been indeffed, so this is also a case of block evasion.

There are other probable socks over the past couple of weeks, but this is the most recent to disrupt the Mariah Carey related articles. The puppeteer I'm identifying appears to be the oldest account in the bunch, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's an even older puppeteer attached to this.
