Using "series name on the platform" is a common way to describe the availability of that series on said platform and is a plausible search term (e.g. "Pokémon on the 3DS, "Halo on the PC", "Call of Duty on the XBox"). Okay, that looks like the best target for the games by platform. The detailed charts are too much (shows years and multiple platforms). Question then becomes what about the "on the" verbiage. I'm not inclined to go out of my way to create "on the" redirects, but would argue to keep them if there is an appropriate target or can be turned into a useful DAB page. • Weak delete per Steel1943, although I've been torn on this one for some time now. While I think Pokémon (video game series)#Console games is the best available target, it could refer to Pokemon characters, not Pokemon games. Pokemon characters are featured prominently in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which isn't a Pokemon game. WP:IAR. If there is a mainspace article listing the members of Lincoln's second administration, by all means point the redirect there. If there isn't, this is next best.
