Is this really needed? Many other aircrafts involved in aviation incident(s) usually have image(s) of other jets used if there is no free equivalent that can be found. -- Min☠︎rax«¦ talk¦» 01:51, 2 April 2024 (UTC) reply

I agree. Many replicas of the airplane involved in this accident found free, including three-dimension graphic recreation. I'm sure it fails the first criterion and replaceable by a Commons free 3D replica. Kys5g talk! 11:47, 2 April 2024 (UTC) reply

Now that images containing the "Zoso" logo have been undeleted on Commons ( DR discussion; diff), perhaps this image must be transferred to Commons as well. Particularly, the whole vinyl label has factual info about the official studio recordings themselves. Expression of such facts isn't original enough for copyright protection. Furthermore, other logos seen in the image are still in Commons. George Ho ( talk) 02:27, 2 April 2024 (UTC) reply

Makes sense to me. So I agree. SethWhales talk 16:08, 2 April 2024 (UTC) reply

This is a promotional poster and contains the track listing. The information is already contained in the track listing section. The omission of this poster does not harm the reader's understanding of the topic and could be easily explained in prose as already done in the article. Therefore it fails replicability and purpose of WP:NFCC. >> Lil-unique1 ( talk) — 10:04, 2 April 2024 (UTC) reply

It's duplicate, blast it away as redundant and unused duplicates ( CSD F1) and replaceable fair use ( section C of CSD F7). Track listing has already in text so there's no need to use it anymore. Kys5g talk! 11:55, 2 April 2024 (UTC) reply

Allegedly this photo is of Kochanowsky from 1928, which makes it hard to believe the uploader's claim of Own Work. Unable to find a source though. detriaskies 17:16, 2 April 2024 (UTC) reply

Clearly not own work. If we believe the 1928 dating and that it is a formal enough image to be taken by a photographer and then "published" in the sense of contemporary American copyright law, its American copyright would have expired last year. Without any more information on its provenance it is impossible to speak for its Ukrainian copyright situation, which would be relevant for transfer to Commons. A couple of weeks age, Matrix and Whpq deleted an earlier revision based on a Google Lens result – I am guessing that was an entirely different image, though. Felix QW ( talk) 12:03, 4 April 2024 (UTC) reply
I'm assuming you are referring to the revision deleted image in the file history. That image was not of Kochanowsky , but something completely unrelated. The 1928 date has no sources to back up the assertion. The claim of own work is not credible. We need a proper source in order to determine the copyright status. Without it, we need to delete it. -- Whpq ( talk) 17:10, 4 April 2024 (UTC) reply
The first external link of the article links to what seems The Serbins's old website. A lot about Kochanowsky is shared, including a list of literature at the bottom and mentions of a biography. The photo did exist here as the caption "Alexander Kochanowsky (Kharkiv, 1928)" can be seen, it likely is sourced from one of the works in the literature section. Tracking down any of these works seems to be outside my set of skills. Linked on that page also is a Ukranian Government Archive link which might have some mention of Kochanowsky somewhere, but Vsevolod's page does not mention Alexander. detriaskies 21:39, 4 April 2024 (UTC) reply
