Three points: 1. If someone was a prolific public figure in pre-1978 US, we have reasonable expectation that there exists some photo somewhere of them that was published without a copyright notice and should be very very hesitant about accepting one under a claim of fair use even once he passes away. 2. From his age in this photo, it looks to be pre-1978. It may be worth emailing the uploader and asking about the source of this photo. It is rare that publicity stills were sent out with a copyright notice. 3. There is a website at http://www.chillertheatermemories.com/ with a Yahoo group at https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/ChillerTheaterMemories/info . They have tons of old stuff scanned in - brochures and the like - that there is a really good chance were published without a copyright notice. Someone could contact them and ask if they have an original physical brochure and whether it bore a copyright notice. So, in short, obviously I agree delete but I disagree with the contention that we should play the game of "he's dead - let's upload a fair use photo" as soon as he dies. -- B ( talk) 03:25, 22 January 2016 (UTC) reply

Both files are non-free cover art being used in the infobox for Evolution (Boyz II Men album). Each file has a non-free use rationale, but they are essentially the same file. The only difference between the two is in the album title is given is English and in the other the album title is given in Spanish. Not sure why both files are needed per WP:NFCC#3a and why the Spanish version cannot be explained using text. Two non-free cover art images being used in the infobox or Legacy: The Greatest Hits Collection. There's a non-free use rationale provided for each file, but these seem to be basically the same cover except for the gray and "Deluxe Edition" text at the bottom of the deluxe edition version. Both of these do not seem necessary per WP:NFCC#3a since the difference between the two covers can be expressed in text. File is tagged as public domain; however, it includes copyrighted elements (such as a gold-colored version of File:TTC.svg; owner is the Toronto Transit Commission) and is not covered by freedom of panorama. The sole article that this image is included in would probably not benefit much from this image as there is already a similar image that although is copyrighted, should be the image that has a non-free use rationale as it is more current than this image.
