- Support -- Glorious image of the dam. Better than any others I've seen. Two oddities though... why are all the roof tiles slanted? Instead of being parallel with the eaves, they all slant downwards making the roof lines seem out of whack. I see that in other pictures of the dam as well. Is that a German thing? Also, the gray roof structure just left of center. There is a bold black line between the roof and the dam on top & left side of the roof. It seems odd, and the only thing I can think of is that the slates/tiles are overhanging by a few inches? To be clear, these questions don't detract from my judgement of the photo... just idle curiosity about what's in the photo. JBarta ( talk) 01:05, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
