  No, I'm unfortunately not familiar enough with them. I work with infoboxes of musical genres, and a cursory checkup of the sources only found out that the term denotes dance and does not refer to a particular musical style. Except for minor attempts to include music genre terminology, the two articles at Diablada and Diablada (Bolivia) are nearly identical, while History of the Diablada repeats info from both as well. The website seems to have copied their article from here, but they seem to be following Wikipedia's licensing terms judging by the attribution statement at the bottom.
