- Nominator's rationale: rename, current name is anachronistic because the term Holy Roman Empire is usually referring to the German/Italian empire that started in 962. In contrast most 9th-century emperors ruled the Carolingian Empire or Middle Francia. Marcocapelle ( talk) 21:38, 27 August 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose The crowning of Charlemagne in 800 is considered the reboot of the Roman Empire. 962 is a later revival of the emperor title after a break and therefor no deterrant to titleholders that came from 800 until then. - Oppose the words of the coronation and the style adopted by Charlemgne ("Karolus serenissimus Augustus a Deo coronatus magnus pacificus imperator Romanum gubernans imperium") clearly indicate an intent to carry on the empire from the last east Roman emperor - Constantine VI (according to Pope Leo). - Nominator's rationale: Overcategorization on a non-defining characteristic. The fact that their settings are fictional is not a substantive point of commonality between, frex, The Simpsons and All My Children -- television shows are not defined by the question of whether their settings are real or fictional places. - Please note the existence of Category:Works set in fictional populated places. While I do not disagree with the rationale, is there any reason for considering the category for television series separately from the others? -- Black Falcon ( talk) 03:59, 28 August 2019 (UTC)
- Delete along with other similar categories. There have been objections, such as those in this discussion from December 2017, that we should not categorize works set in a particular type of fictional location because such works share less in common than ones that are set in a particular real-world location. I certainly agree in this case. If this category is to be deleted, then most of the Category:Works set in fictional locations tree should be nominated as well. (The categories to be excluded are ones about specific works/franchises, such as Category:The Amazing World of Gumball in this category, as well as Category:Works set in computers, which certainly is a defining trait with similarity between members.) – LaundryPizza03 ( d c̄) 07:35, 28 August 2019 (UTC)

- Propose renaming Category:Misandric slurs to Category:Pejorative terms for men

- Propose renaming Category:Misogynistic slurs to Category:Pejorative terms for women
- Nominator's rationale: For parity with the category Category:Pejorative terms for people. While some of these terms are inherently misogynistic, others are only misogynistic in context.
