  • Delete. Being chairman of a state chapter of a minor political party is not an "inherent" notability freebie under WP:NPOL, and the footnoting consists entirely of primary sources which are not support for notability at all, with no evidence being shown of reliable source coverage about him in real media to get him over WP:GNG.
