Per Wikipedia:Blow it up and start over. This is, in its current form, essentially a combination of autobiography (bad) and promotional external link farm (very bad).   • Delete: A WP:SPA article by the near-eponymous 1936IDRio, illustrated by watermarked images, indicating WP:COI. Clearly a working and exhibiting artist but the WP:ARTIST criteria are much higher than that and I can find nothing to indicate that the subject meets them.
