Thumbnails of 16-bit
TIFF files will be displayed properly. Before, this didn't work.

new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from November 10. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis from November 11. It will be on all Wikipedias from November 12 (
calendar).
