Hi, I am Anirban Chatterjee male, 17, a high-school student of science from Kolkata, India. I have long been using Wikipedia, and would like to spend some time doing whatever I can to improve it. I like making new friends online, and sharing the little knowledge I have.
A high schooler, a really crazy guy, tech blogger with interests in technology, animation, brands and more fields than I can count. I am always ready for a friendly chat-visit my little
talk page.
Hello, All. I, as you can see, am John. I'm from England - born in the Yorkshire bit of England and now residing in the London bit of England. My main field of interest at the moment is probably North-Eastern European history between 1000 and 1500 AD (I don't really go in for this CE/BCE thing) but I may flit randomly into other areas.
I am a Chennai resident Keralite, I adore Wikipedia, the vast treasure of informations and spend quite some time. I wish to be a Trilingual Editor soon.. for I am fluent in Malayalam (മലയാളം), Tamil (தமிழ்) and English.
I have edited a bit since 2009, but still feel on the fringe of it. I care about art (particularly Spanish, since visiting Spain in 2009), and work mostly in arts pages (I am in awe of
Johnbod and
Modernist...) I know Latvian, a bit, so have also started to work in that domain, including translating from Latvian
Vikipēdija. I dream of art articles that write well and passionately (still fully referenced, of course!) about the actual art, rather than sticking to just biographical facts - a great art encyclopedia should do more than that.
An Engineer by education and manager by profession. Editing and learning in wiki has been real fun and enjoying every bit of it. I am from India. Wish to learn and meet as many fellow wiki as I can.
I'm a postdoctoral researcher who gets to use some of the
biggest, fastest machines on the planet for their proper purpose: designing even bigger and
faster machines. I'm also interested in
pseduoscience,
lichens,
typography,
information design, and the fiction, nonfiction and mathematics of Jorge Luis
Borges.
I'm an English learner as a foreign language. I'm interested in recording wikipedia articles for the spoken project. I've already started recording at both Spanish and English wikis. I'd be glad to do the same with the French one and the Basque one, but I'm afraid the Basque wiki doesn't have a Spoken project yet. My favourite quote from Winston Churchill: Kites rise highest against the wind - not with it.
I'm a medical student. I often come here to look up a term or condition and end up staying longer and adding to articles. I enjoy music, photography and trying new things- after all, you only get one life!

My motto is "An ongoing quest for more knowledge, skill, and wisdom"; I fervently believe, as my favorite quotation of Benjamin Franklin says: “An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.”, that contributing @ Wikipedia can only help both me and everyone else along that search...
My interests are yoga, wine, and IT security. My favorite quote: It is astonishing how short a time it takes for very wonderful things to happen… Frances Burnett
I am interested in publishing biographical articles of persons who have made an impact on history but are perhaps lesser known and deserve to be encyclopedia-ized.
I'm a 30 year old creative and writer who loves music (especially Kate Bush and Joni Mitchell), literature (especially Angela Carter and Neil Gaiman) and film. Joss Whedon is my idol.
