I didn't reblock the two that you'd already blocked, but yeah, if I had found them on my own I'd have CU blocked. Also, I lied. There's CU data on the master. Comment — please also note that he has created Zeshan Khan (Actor)(possibly about User:Zeshankhan2400). He is also spamming here and there, please see his edit here [1] and Zeshankhan2400's edit on very same page [2] and his blocked account User:Ushna.gf's edit [3].
