Suspected sockpuppets

On Jan 23, I came across RockHardRager who created Category:Shitheads and began pasting it into random biographies. The category was deleted and the edits were reverted. I now came across a thread at WP:ANI#Category:Losers - rollback needed regarding SilverSpooner, who created Category:Losers, and started doing the same thing. Subsequently, both accounts are blocked.
